AS AMENDED
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:,I
The Petition of Delbert Wallace Stewart,by his attorney,
GEORGE K.HANNA,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the son of the deceased,
James Wallace Stewart.
2.That the residence of the decedent was R.D.#1,
Amity,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died October 2,1970,at Amity,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and was sixty-nine years of
age.
4.That the estate of the dec'edent is in a small amount,
not sufficient to warrant administration and filing of inventory,
account and audit petition.
-5.That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely
~f personal property,being a checking account in the First
National Bank and Trust Company of Washington,.Pennsylvania,
in the amount of $1,060.72.
6.That the decedent left to survive him the following
heirs:

9.That the Petitioner desires that he be allowed to
pay the money directly to Frank J.Nation Funeral Home so that
the same may be applied to the funeral bill.That this Petition
for settlement is made pursuant to the provisions of Art.II
Sec.202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,P.L.512,as amended,
as James Wallace Stewart,deceased,.domiciled in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania,in the County of Washington,and leaving an
estate composed of a checking account of a gross value not
exceeding Five Thousand"($5,000.00)Dollars.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
enter a Decree of Distribution of the checking account located in
The First National Bank and Trust Company of Washington,Pennsyl-
vania,without further notice or with such notice as your
Honorable Court may deem 'necessary without grant of letters
testamentary.

Petition for Settlement of an Estate of Less than Five Thousand
($5,000.00)Dollars,having been presented in open Court and
upon consideration thereof and upon motion of George K.Hanna,
Esq.,Attorney for the Petitioner,it is ORDERED,ADJUDGED and
DECREED-that the First National Bank and Trust Company of
Washington,Pennsylvania,cheqking account in the amount of
$1,060.72,be distributed in the following manner:
TO:FRANK J.NATION FUNERAL HOME,the sum-of One Thousand Sixty
and 72/100 ($1,060.72)Dollars to be applied as partial payment 0
the funeral bill.
