difficulties because the assets of this estate were invested in the

bank 's own units of its own <fom mon trust fund.I ha ve the Petition
S-qr Audit and Praecipe for my appearance for the accountant.And
havehad the minor endorse on a copy of the account a certificate an~
stipulation that she is now of full age,that she's examined and
understands the account and she approves it;and she requests dis-
tribution in accordance with the prayer of the Petition.I have
interviewed the ward today.The certificate and stipulation was sig ed
in my presence.I am satisfied that she has a complete understandih.g
of the administration of this trust and that she approves what the
guardian has done.
