attained the age of twenty-one years,do hereby acknowledge that I have
this day received of and from PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,my guardian,
duly appointed by the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
the sum of NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE and 19/100 ($9,281.19)
DOLLARS,being the amount awarded me at No.1038 of 1970 of the Court of
Common Pleas of Washington County,Pennsylvania,Orphans'Court Division,
in full satisfaction and payment of all claims which I have,or might have,
