Suggested distribution of balance shown, both as to principal and income, attaching signed and itemized elections,
to take in kind if balance is not in cosh:residuary shares being stated in proportions:.
It is believed the 1/2 interest of deceased in real estate should be awarded (to dispose of.
life intere~t)to .t6ry B.Clark by virtue of her having purchased the remainder. For des-
cription of:real estate,see recorded deed filed herewith.1 t).
The specifiC;items enumerated at the bottom of preceding page should be awarded to the
respective legatees, the jewelry bequeathed to the Mohr children by name to be awarded to
Carol.S.Mohr,their mother,to be kept by her for them until they reach 18 years of age.
The money paid in to the estate for the household goods and 1/2 interest in real estate,
less their proportionate share of debts, taxes and costs of administration, should be
awarded under the .Will,as the Court,in its discretion,thinks proper,under 20 P.S.320.1001-
2 et sec.It is believed the net proceeds remaining from the sale of real estate should be
placed in......trust,at interest, until the death of t6ry B.Clark,to then be paid to the two
respective mothers'and their children,as of that date,in the proper proportions set forth
in the Will.
It is not believed the net money remaining from the sale of household goods need be put
in trust until the death of t6ry B.Clark, but could be paid out when the,two Mohr children
reach the age of 21.The 1/3rd interest of their mother,Carol S.Mohr, could be paid
out now.

checks in her possession which may be inspected upon request.
I,Adam L.Sanders,Attorney,wish to state that I have
known Mary B.Clark and Sarah Rebecca Clark for over forty (40)
years and have been their Attorney for twenty years,at least.I
believe Mary B.Clark to be truthful.I personally know that
Sarah Rebecca Clark took a child,a girl, into her home and
raised her.Her name was carol Slavikosky,now Mohr.In her lat~
life,Sarah Rebecca Clark used most of any money she earned on
the farm or received from the sale of a lot or tract off of the
farm, for the support and education of this child. She simply
did not have money to put into any of these accounts. Her Will
gives 1/2 of her estate to this child, now married and a mother,
and her two children. After the payment of her debts, the only
asset in her estate will be a half interest in a 60 acre farm.
For the reasons stated heretofore, corroberrated by affi-
davits, letters and other proof, the three accounts referred to
were~omitted from the State Inventory and should not be taxed.
Respectfully sUbmitted,
