7.The said 1965 Dodge Dart has been distributed to
the said 'Ola B.Clutter as the family exemption.There is attached
hereto as Exhibit B a statement as to the value of said automobile.
8.The only creditor of the estate is Brownlee Funeral
Home,Claysville,Pennsylvania to which is owing the sum of
One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Nine and 40/100 ($1,459.40)Dollars
for funeral services for the decedent.
WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that the court direct distribu-
tion of the balance of the property,being the said checking account
in the Mellon National Bank and Trust Company to Brownlee Funeral
Home,Claysville,Pennsylvania.

The Petition of Ola B.Clutter respectfully repre-
sents:
1.The decedent,Charles B.Clutter,also known as
C.B.Clutter,who died on July 21,1970 resided at West Finley,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.Your petitioner,whose address is West Finley,
Pennsylvania,is the widow of decedent,and on the date of
decedent's death she was a part of decedent's household.
3.Decedent left a Will dated April 18,1964.There
is no need to probate said Will,which is attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
4.Decedent was survived by his widow,the said Ola
B.Clutter and nine (9)children.None of said children have
any interest in the assets of decedent for the reasons herein-
after stated.
5.The person entitled to the family exemption is
Ola B.Clutter,widow.
6.Decedent left the following items of property:
1965 Dodge Dart
Checking Account 356-9155 in Mellon
National Bank and Trust Company,
Claysville,Pa.Office

being of sound mind,memory and understanding do make and publish this my
last Will and Testament,hereby revokin~and making void all former Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
l\nb ~ir5t,~direct that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding
with my estate and situation in life and that aU my just debts and funeral expen-
ses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
J\nb to such estate as it has pleased God to entrust to me,I dispose of the __
same as follows,viz;
First:All my real estate,personal property,and money I leave to my
wife,Ola V.Clutter,as long as she remains my widow.
Second:At her death I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and rem~inder of my estate to my living children namely:
Mildred Clutter Dague,Herbert L.Clutter,Donald D.Clutter
Harlan Clutter,Lemoyne Clutter,Althea Clutter King,
Norma Jean Clutter King,Joan Clutter Shaw,and
Reed Clutter,share and share alike.
!~ird:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Herbert L.Clutter
and Mildred Clutter Dague as Exewtors of this my Last Will and
Testament,and request that they serve without being required
to give surety upon their official bond while acting in this
