Said Thomas Bindi acknowledged that any debts of George Bindi were dissolved in t,l ., ------------------------.--------. a Bankruptcy filed by him in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on October 4,1968 at No.68-292 and that an indebted- ness listed therein to Thomas Bindi in the amount of $20,000.00 is discharged. .7.The said Thomas Bindi further acknowledged that any other claims he mayehave against the said George Bindi are beyond the Statute of Limitations. 8.Petitioner believes that both Administrators,Thomas Bindi and Victor Bindi,should be removed and an impartial Administrator appointed by the Court to carry out the proper Jegal and orderly di str'ibuti on of the Estate.
