declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills by me heretofore made.'
•FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECON"'D :All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever Situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved Wife,
Edith Christina.Should my said beloved wife predecease me or
should we both die in a common accident or at the same time,then
in any such event,I give,devise and bequeath the same unto my
'three (3)beloved children,Beatrice Christina,Anthony Christina
and Frederick Christina,share and share alike and to be equally
divided among them.
THIRD:'1 hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife,
Edith Christina,as the executrix of this my Last Will and Testa-
mente Should my said beloved wife predecea~me or should we both
die in a common accident or at the same time,then in any such
event,I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved daughter,Beatrice
Christina,as the executri~of this my Last Wll1and Testament.
