PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Rbbert L.Davis,by his attorney,
George K.Hanna,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the son of Jesse Davis,who
died September 20,1963,at Burgettstown,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,a resident of R.D.#1,Burgettstown,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,at the age of sixty-two (62)years,leaving
to survive him,his widow,Ruth V.Davis,and the following
named children:Robert L.Davis,Dolores Gillespie,Laverna
Golonnin,Donald Davis,Peggy Barzinski and Regina Mader~The
widow,Ruth V.Davis,died March 12,1967.
2.That up until the time of his death,a family
relationship was maintained between your petitioner,RObert'L.
Davis and the deceased except for the widow who is now deceased.
None of the other children had maintained a fa~ily relationship
with Jesse Davis,deceased.
3.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Robert L.Davis,son,nor does he intend to apply for said
Letters of Administration.
4.Th~t Jesse Davis died seized of a 1950-Chevrolet
truck,Manufacturer's No.IHSK5261,Title No.14316407,having
a value of $100.00.
5.That your petitioner claims the following personal

property of the decedent as his family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
1950 Chevrolet Truck,Manufacturer's No.
IHSK5261,Title No.14316407 $100.00
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraisement
be confirmed and that said property be set apart to him as
aforesaid.
AND he will ever pray.

AND NOW,to-wit,this ~cf--day of October,1970,the
foregoing Petition,for Family Exemption having been presented in
open Court,and upon consideration thereof,and upon motion of
Gecrge K.Hanna,Attorney for Petitioner,it is ORDERED,ADJUDG~D
and DECREED that the 1950 Chevrolet truck,Manufacturer's No.
IHSK5261,Title No.14316407,having a value of $100.00,be
awarded to Robert L.Davis,petitioner as part of his family
exemption and that the Department of Revenue,Bureau of Motor
Vehicles,Harrisburg,Pennsylvania,is requested and authorized
to register this motor vehicle in the name of any person desig-
nated by Robert L.Davis,petitioner,upon the payment of the
property registration fee.
