AND NOW,this 31st day of March,1971,comes EDGAR MILLER,
by his attorneys,PATRONO,CEISLER,EDWARDS AND PETTIT,Esquires,
and prays your Honorable Court as follows:
1.The deceased,ORA I.FERRELL,died on September
28,1970,testate,a resident of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
at the address:R.D.2,Claysville,Pennsylvania.
2.Your petitioner is the executor of the estate
of Ora I.Ferrell,arid was granted letters testamentary by
the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,on
October 7,1970.A copy of the will left by the decedent is
hereto attached,made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A".
3.The legatees of the estate of Ora I.Ferrell are as
follows:
a.Allen S.Fields,New Cumberland,W.Va.
b.Edna Fields,New Cumberland,W.Va.
4.The deceased,Ora I.Ferrell,died possessed of
personal property valued at $3,750.33 as set forth in Schedule "1"

total $2093.62 and are set forth in Schedule "2".
6.All the debts,claims,and expenses of the estate
set forth in Schedule "2",have been paid.
7.An inheritance tax return,form RCC-62,is attached
herewith marked Exhibit liB",and discloses the amount of inheri-
tance tax,which is due and owing.
8.The legatees of the estate of Ora I.Ferrell have
consented to the distribution of the estate in the manner prayed
for in this petition,and the consent is hereby attached,made a
part hereof,and marked Exhibit "C".
WHEREFORE,your "petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to grant the petitioner the power:to collect and liquidate
the assets of the estate;to pay the outstanding debts,claims,
and expenses of the estate as set forth in Schedule "2';and to
distribute the balance of the estate to the legatees as follows:
