WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that the amount of $816.90 from the Department of Health,Education and Welfare,Social Security Administration,be awarded to her as part of her Family Exemption and further prays that the Court issue an Order authorizing and directing the Department of Health,Education and Welfare,Social Security Administration,to make paYment of the aforesaid sum of $816.90,to Ann J.Morgan.
