PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
OF A SMALL ESTATE
The petition of Mabel Moore,Widow,represents:
1.That the decedent,William T.Moore,died intestate
on May 22,1970,at Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,a resident of the
Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the
age of 77 years.
2.That the decedent,on the date of his death,was
survived by only the following as his legal heirs at law:
Mabel Moore -Widow
63 West Pike Street
Canonsburg,Pennsylvania
3.That the decedent left an estate composed only of
the fo 110wing:
(a)The amount of $466.00,more or less,under the
Social Security Administration for Black Lung
Insurance.His Social Security No.was
192.-09-9979.
4.There are no other known assets in the estate of the
decedent.
5.There will be no Inheritance Tax due on this amount,
as the funeral bill of Eight Hundred and Forty-eight and no/100
($848.00)Dollars was paid by your petitioner.Said funeral bill
was paid to L.Griffith Funeral Home.
6.There are no other known debts in this estate.
7.No Letters of Administration have been,nor will be,
issued on said decedent's estate.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays that your Honorable
Court award the amount of $466.00,more or less,due under the
Social Security Administration for Black Lung Disability InsuranCE
to MABEL MOORE,Widow.
