ALL the right,title and interest of the Trustees,being
an undivided one-half interest,in and to All that certain lot of
ground situate on the Southwest corner of Main Street and Straw-
berry Alley in the First Ward of the City of Washington,County
of Washington,and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,bounded and
described as follows,viz:
On the North by Strawberry Alley,on the East by Main
Street,on the South by property now or formerly of Mrs.Henderson,
on the West by a ten-foot alley,and fronting on said Main Street
fifty (50)feet,more or less,and extending back therefrom along
the South line of said Strawberry Alley of uniform width a distance
of 230 feet,more or less,to a ten-foot private alley,with the
right of ingress and egress over the said ten-foot alley.Having
erected thereon a three story brick building with two one-story
additions,a one story brick building and a one story metal
building.
BEING the same real estate awarded to the Trustees by
Adjudication dated August 27,1974,filed at the above number and
term,and certified to the Recorder of Deeds of Washington County,
Pennsylvania by Certification recorded in Deed Book 1542,page 212.
