~ETITION FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE AS
PROVIDED BY THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 AS AMENDED UNDER §202
TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The Petition of Fletcher White respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is Fletcher White,of the Borough
of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the decedent,Thomas White,died on May 25,1970,
at 638 North Fortieth Street,Philadelphia,Pennsylvania,and who
at the time of his death was domiciled in the Borough of Donora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the petitioner is one of three surviving uncles of
the decedent,and the decedent had maintained his domicile in the
said Borough of Donora with his foster mother,Georgia White,who
died on May 19,1970.
4.That the decepent died intestate,and no Letters of
Administration have been applied for or granted by the Register of
Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,or any other county.
5.The names and relationship of those interested in his
estate as next-of-kin are:
Matthew White,uncle
535 Allen Avenue,Donora,Pennsylvania
Fletcher White,uncle
740 Norman Avenue,Donora,Pennsylvania
John White,uncle
418 Liberty Avenue,Donora,Pennsylvania
6.The property of the decedent and the value thereof
is as follows:
Saving fund deposit in the
Continental Bank,Main &Swede
Streets,Norristown,Pa.19404;
said account is listed under
No.08-163-733-2
Accrued interest on above account
$1,855.00

7.The following obligatiomhave been incurred by Fletcher
White on behalf of the estate prior to the filing of this Petition:
Percy E.Law,Jr.,Funeral Home,
1324 Meldon Avenue,Donora,Pa.,
which includes the funeral
expenses incurred in Philadelphia
and transportation of body to
Donora and burial of same $1,790.47
Barna and Barna,Attorneys
fee and costs 125.00

8.That Matthew White,Fletcher White and John White,as
uncles,are the only parties interested in the above estate as
beneficiaries,heirs or claimants,and they join in this Petition
and also waive the ten days'written notice of the intention of
your petitioner to present this Petition.

9.The petitioner knows of no unpaid claimants of
this estate.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that the Court direct
distribution of the above property to Fletcher White for incurring
the expenses of his funeral as set forth in Paragraph 7 under
disbursements.

uncles and sole heirs of the Estate of Thomas White,do hereby
consent to and join in the foregoing Petition and also waive the
ten days'written notice of the intention of petitioner to present

DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
AND NOW,th is
consideration of the
V~day Of~~.,1970,upon
annexed Petition,and p~rsuant to the pro~
visions of §202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,the property of
the Estate of Fletcher White,deceased,namely $1,855.00,plus
accrued interest now on deposit in the Continental Bank at Norris-
town,Pennsylvania,is ordered to be distributed to and awarded
as follows:
To Fletcher White as a surviving uncle,as reimbursement
for the obligation for his payment of funeral expenses connected
with the burial of Thomas White,deceased.
Payment and distribution is accordingly decreed and
Fletcher White,the petitioner,is hereby authorized to receive,
collect and distribute the property hereinbefore set forth,
particularly pay the funeral expenses in connection with said
decedent's death,and to execute any and all necessary releases
or documents.
