I,HELEN S.JOHNSTON,of the Township of South Strabane,
County or Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,being of
sound and disposing mind,do hereby make"publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following,

hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me at any time:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
·penses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be
·done after my decease .

ANN MOORE 7 DEBORAH LOUISE MOORE and DOUGLAS B.MOORE,equally share
and share alike the proceeds of the sale of I!!y real estate which
is presently located in the Borough of Pleasant Hills,County of
Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
THIRD:All the rest"residue and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath to my husband,It.PAUL JOHNSTON.
FOURTH:I hereby name,constitute and appoint my husband,
H.PAUL JOHNSTON,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament..
FIFTH:In the event my said husband predeceases me or
.we become deceased simultaneously,then the following provisions
·shall apply:
(A)All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath to my children"ELIZABETH ANN MOORE,DEBORAH LOUISE MOORE
and DOUGLAS B.MOORE,equally share and share alike.
(B)In the event any of my said children are minors
at the tim.e of my decease,.then and in that event,I name,con-
stltute and appoint my sister,EVALYN M.SHAWL,Guardian of the
person and of the estate of such of my miaor children until they
shall have reached the rull age of twenty-one (21)years.

JOHNSTON who being dUly sworn says that Helen S.Johnston late resident of South
strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,a citizen of U.S.A.died testate a
Carraway Methodist Hospital Birmingham,Alabama on the 8th.day of September A.D.1964
at 10:30 o'clock p.m.,age 45 yrs.,leaving an estate of the estimated value of $100.0
personality,and $100.00 realty,said real estate being located in Cecil Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and being the oil and gas underlying 96 acrea of land
as reserved in the deed of Nettie McPherson,et ux.to Albert Wiencek.
The decedent's legatees and devisees are as follows:
