§lETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
UNDER THE SMALL ESTATES ACT
TO DiE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,President Judge:
The Petition of MORRIS Eo WATTENMAKER,repsectfully
represents that:
1.The Decedent,ADE WATTENMAKER,was a resident of
519 McKean Avenue,Charleroi,washington County,pennsylvania,and
she died on May 30,1970.
2.Your Petitioner,MORRIS E,.WATTENMAKER,also a resi..
dent of 519 McKean Avenue,Charleroi,washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,was the husband of the Decedent and at the time of her
death they were living together as husband and wife.
3.The Decedent died,intestate and no Letters of Admin~
istration have been taken.
4.The Decedent left the following persons entitled to
share in her estate:Your Petitioner,MORRIS E.WATTENMAKER,
her husband.
5.Your Petition is sui juris.He has not received
nor retained any wages,salaries or benefits under Section 201 of'
he Fiduciaries Act or otherwise.
6.The property of the decedent and the values thereof'
are as f'ollows:

8.There are no unpaid creditors of'whom your petitione
has knowledge and a return for Inheritance Tax purposes has been
made.

court will direct disbursement as f'ollows:
MORRIS E.WATTENMAKER,husband,Checking Account,Mellon National
Bank and Trust company,in the amount of'$836.35;cash,$3.25;and
100 shares,Fortune Lif'e Insurance Company,@ $4.00 per share,.
