PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of MARY CAMPBELL,respectfully represents:
1.That John campbell,a/k/a John C.Campbell,Sr.,
died testate on March 29,1970,and he was residing at 864
Orchard Street,California Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the said John campbell,a/k/a John C.Campbell,
Sr.,by the provisions of his Last Will and Testament,the
original of which is hereto attached,devised and bequeathed all
of his estate to his wife,Mary Campbell,your petitioner.
3.That your petitioner is a resident of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and she resides at 864 Orchard Street,
California Borough,washington County,Pennsylvania.
4.That no Letters Testamentary have been granted in
the Estate of John Campbell,a/k/a John C.Campbell,Sr.,Deceased,
and there is no contemplation of having any Letters Testamentary
granted in the said estate.
5.That the above decedent left an estate consisting
of the sum of $233.40,due to the said decedent for Black Lung
payments for the months of January and February,1970.

6.There are no outstanding claims against the estate,
and all bills including the funeral bill,have been paid.
WHEREFORE,Your petitioner,under authority of Sections
202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended and
supplemented,prays your Honorable Court to authorize and direct
the Department of Health,Education and Welfare,to pay the sum of
$233.40 to your petitioner,Mary Campbell,on account of her
family exemption.
And she will ever pray,etc.

I,JOHN C.CAMPBELL,SR.,of 864 Orchard Street,Calif-
ornia Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania,bei~g of sound
mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any Will or Wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may be,after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever type or nature,real,personal,or mixed,
and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath u~to my wife,
Mary Campbell,only in the event she survives me;and in the event
she predeceases me,then I give,bequeath and devise all of my
said estate unto my seven children,namely,John L.Campbell,
Edward F.Campbell,Mildred M.Rounds,Wilbur Campbell,Lorraine
Qualk,Wayne M.Campbell,and Mary Louise Schoch,in equal shares,
to be theirs solely and absolutely,share and sh~re alike.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my wife,Mary Campbell,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,but in the event she should predecease me,then I do
hereby make,constitute and appoint my son,Edward F.Campbell,
to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,JOHN C.CAMPBELL,SR.,have
hereunto set my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,
