.RESOLVED that the facsimile or mechanically reproduced signature of any Assistant Secretary of the Company,wherever
appearing upon a certified copy of any Power of Attorney issued by the Company heretofore or hereafter,for the execution of

The Petition of Olga o.Woodward respectfully represents:
1.That she is the mother of John D.Woodward,Jr.,who
is eleven (11)years of age,having been born on the ,....~day

2.That their present residence is 905 Fifth Street,
Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That a guardian is necessary because,as heir of John
D.Woodward,the said John D.Woodward,Jr.is entitled to
receive the sum of $25,000.00 from the Commonwealth of Pennsy1-
vania Retirement Fund and the sum of $5,000.00 from an insurance
policy of his father with the United States Government,making a
total of $30,000.00 which the minor is entitled to receive.
4.The name of the proposed guardian is Lloyd W.Woodward,
an uncle of the said John D.Woodward,Jr.;and the co-guardian
is Olga o.Woodward,mother of the minor.
5.The proposed guardians have no interest adverse to the
minor and is not therfiduciary or an officer or employee of the
corporate fiduciary 6£an estate in which the minor has an interes
nor the surety or an officer or employee of the corporate surety
of such a fiduciary.
And she will ever pray.

AND NOW,November 26,1971,it appearing to the
Court that John D.Woodward,Jr.,aged 12 years,does not have a
court-appointed guardian of his person,
NOW,THEREFORE
at the request of his natural mother,Mrs.Olga O.Woodward,the Court
hereby appoints Peter Dochinez,Jr.,as the guardian of the person of
John D.Woodward,Jr.,a minor;the said appointment is a temporary
one,and the same shall expire upon the termination of the current game
hunting season for the hunting of game animals in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania.
