PETITION TO PAY MINORS'ESTATES
TO NATURAL GUARDIAN
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of Blanche Loretta Jones respectfully
represents:
1.That she is an adult individual who resides at 528
Allen Avenue,Donora,Washington County,Pe~nsy1vania.
2.That she is the mother and natural guardian of four
minor children,to wit:
(a)Blanche Loretta Jones -born July 29,1953
(b)Dorothy Annette Jones -born May 4,1955
(c)Donna Louise Jones -born May 12,1956
(d).Char1es Morgan Jones,Jr.-born May 15,1960
3.That all of the above-named minor children reside
with her at the above-designated ad~ress.
4.That her husband and the natural father of the above
named children,Charles Morgan Jones,died November 26,1969.
5.That at the time of his death~Charles Morgan Jones,

was the insured under a group life policy No.GL-0105-14 issued by

the American Mutual Life Insurance Company and in the face amount
of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars.
6.That the beneficiaries of the ,life insurance policy
are the above named four minor children.
7.That the estate of each of the above named minors
consists only of the proceeds of the life insurance policy,to
wit,One Thousand Two Hundr~d Fifty ($1,250.00)Dollars.
WHEREFORE,Your Petitioner prays that the estates of
the above named four minor children,each in an amount of less
than Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00)Dollars,be paid and
delivered to their natural guardian,the said Blanche Loretta
Jones,or to the minors individually,in accordance with Section
1001 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,without the appointment of a
guardian by your Honorable Court or the entry of any security and
that Your Petitioner be permitted to pay from this fund attorneys
fees in the amount of $
