" 7.lbat Sonya Marie Irwin had a Metropolitan Life Insurance policy on her own life in ~he amount of $1500.00,pay- able to her three children equally.That she also had a $1000.00 ! twenty year payment policy with the same cOmpany on the life of each child,on which 'the premium payments are waived due to the death of their father. : 8.lbat Sonya Marie Irwin had $2,000.00 in Savings accounts in the Pittsburgh National Bank,~ashington,Penna.,in her name as Trustee,for each child,or a total of Six Thousand ($6,000.00)dollars. , 9.That iil·the Estate of Sonya Marie Irwin,.it is estimated there may Qe from $200.00 to $300.00 due each child, after debts of the deceased are paid. ,\10.That said three minors have no Guardian of their estates,have no assets or estates of their own,except as set :forth herein. 11.that,at the time of her deat~,Sonya Marie Irwin, was receiving from the v.A.,the sum of Twenty-four ($24.00) I dollars,per month,for each child and about $80.00 per month for each child,from Social Security. I12.That Ferd B.Park is a Protes~ant Minister living in Grove City,Pennsylvania,middle aged,married,only recently a resident of Washington,Penna.By written request,filed herewitl, Sonya Marie Irwin,requested he be appointed Property Guardian of her three children.He is of good reputation,financially respon- sible and willing to serve as the Property;Guardian of said three minors,if appointed,and his appointment ,is agreeable to their grandmother,Gertrude Lillian Andrews. 13.lbat Ferd B.Park:.,the suggested Guardian,has no interest in this proceeding other than to promote the best inte- rests of said minors.He is also named as:Executor of the Estate of Sonya Marie'Irwin in her Will,which will not be probated,but I., will be attached to a Small Estates proceeding.His Consent to act as Property Guardian,if appointed,is attached hereto. 14.That said minors,individually,through their grand- mother,therefore pray your Honorable Court to appoint said Ferd B.Park,as Guardian of their estates,fix the amount of Surety Bond to be filed by said Guardian before receiving any assets for said minors,and receipting for same. 36hn D'.Irwin,a minor,past 6 yrs. ~cL;u ./'7/.~~ Viola M.Irwin,a minor,past 4 yr~.
