PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Edith B.Weaver,by her attorney,
John Solomon,respectfully repres~nts:
I"That your petitioner is the widow of Arley C,Weaver
who died on March 24,1970,at Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,a resident of R.D.#4,Washington,Washington Count ,
Pennsylvania,at the age of forty-eight (48)years,leaving to
survive him,his widow,Edith B.Weaver,and the following named
children:Arley E.Weaver,age 22,Richard M.Weaver,age 21,
Gary E.Weaver,age 18,Jeffrey L.Weaver,age 10.
2.That up until the time of his death,a family
relationship was maintained between the deceased and your
petitioner.
3.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Edith B.Weaver,widow,nor does she intend to apply for
said Letters of Administration.
4.That Arley C.Weaver died seized of a certain check
from Blue Cross-Blue Shield Major Medical Expense Program,Pitts-
burgh,Pennsylvania,Check No.20451,in the amount of $576.60,
and a 1965 Comet Caliente,Serial No.5H22C5l5844,having a value
of $800.00.
5.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as her family exemption under Section

211 of theFiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
Blue Cross-Blue Shield Major Medical
Expense Program
1965 Comet Caliente,Serial No.
5H22C5l5844,having a value of
$576.60
800.00
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraisement
be confirmed and that said property be set apart to her as
aforesaid.
AND she will ever pray.

DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
AND NOW,to wit,this ~~d~ay of September,1970,the
foregoing Petition for Family Exemption having been presented in
open Court,and upon consideration thereof,and upon motion of
John Solomon,Attorney for Petitioner,it is ORDERED,ADJUDGED
and DECREED that the Blue Cross-Blue Shield Major Medical Expense
Program,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,Check No.20451,in the amount
of $576.60,and the 1965 Comet Caliente,Serial No.5H22C515844,
having a value of $800.00,be awarded to Edith B.Weaver,petitio er,
as part of her family exemption and that the Department of Revenu ,
Bureau of Motor Vehicles,Harrisburg,Pennsylvania,is requested
and authorized to register this motor vehicle in the name of any
person designated by Edith B.Weaver,petitioner,upon the paymen
of the proper registration fee.
