Kustron,Executor of the above estate,was filed in the office of the
Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,on March 26,1971,
and is docketed to the above number.
Under the rules of said Court,said account,originally set up
for audit before the Judge of the Orphans'Court of said County on Monday,

the Executor in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office pr,escribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Russell Marino ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Frank Kustron
committing unto him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to r,ende~a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any
Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses,
including my gravemarker,shall be paid from my estate as soon as
practical after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my friend,FRANK
KUSTRON and his wife,BLANCHE KUSTRON,their heirs and assigns.
THIRD:I do constitute and appoint my friend,FRANK KUSTRON,
as executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
