and declare this my last 'UUltll and Ue9tament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut 0 r s
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND~'[give,devise and bequeath the entire remainder of my estate,
both real and personal,of any nature whatsoever and wheresoever
situate,unto my five (5)children,Thomas,Michael,Nicholas,
John and Joseph,to be divided equally among them,share and
share alike,in fee simple.
THIRD:I hereby authorize and empower my Executors to sell
and dispose of any and all of the assets of my estate,without
prior petition to Court,and in accordance with their discretions
as they shall deem fit and proper.
FOURTH:No bond shall be required to be posted by the Executors
in the administratbn of my estate,and that if,not withstanding
this request,any bond is required to be posted by any law,
'statute or rule of Court,no sureties be required thereof.
