PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN
FOR THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH GRUBOR,
A MINOR
TO THE HONORABLE p.VINCENT MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
.The Petition of Joseph Grubor and Doris Grubor,his wife,
parents and natural guardians of Deborah Grubor,a minor,
respectfully represent:
1.That your petitioners,Joseph Grubor and Doris
Grubor,his wife,are husband and wife who reside at 134 Clara
Street,Weirton,West Virginia.
2.That Deborah Grubor,a minor,is the daughter of
the petitioners who reside at 134 Clara Street,Weirton,West
Virginia.
3.That it is necessary to appoint a guardian for the
estate of Deborah Grubor,a minor,for the reason that she is to
~eceive the sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty-nine and 67/100
($4,189.67)Dollars in settlement of a trespass action.
4.That the\minor,Deborah Grubor,has no guardian of
her estate.
5.The name and address of the proposed guardian of the
said minor's estate is First Federal Savings &Loan Association of
Washington,77 South Main Street,Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.

6.That the proposed guardian has no interest adverse
to the minor and is not the fiduciary or employee of a corporate
Fiduciary of any estate in which the minor has an interest.
7.The minor,Deborah Grubor,is entitled to the sum
of Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty-nine and 67/100 ($4,189.67)
Dollars}which sum is due her as a compromise settlement in a
Trespass action in the United States District Court for the WesterD
District of Pennsylvania,at No.67-947 Civil Action.The sum
aforesaid are all the assets of the minor's estate.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners pray your Honorable Court
to appoint First Federal Savings &Loan Assocation of Washington,
Pennsylvania,as the Guardian of her Estate.
