committing unto her the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits, which were of said deceased,and requiring her

days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses
of my last--iiines;be paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:I direct that a marker be placed at the graves of
myself ana-my-husband in the Robinson Run Cemetery.
THIRD:All household goods and personal effects I give
to my daught~r,~urnY ANN RUSICKIE.
FOURTH:-It'is"my wili tliat my daughter,ANNA SVIHLA,
shall ha';e"th~'fi;'st right to take my home at the"appraised value.
FIFTH:All the r est,residue and remainder of my estate,

1.Your petitioner is the Executrix of the Estate of MARY RUSICKIE and
resides at R.D :fi3,Box 235,McDonald,Pennsylvania.
2.Mary Rusickie died September 11,1956 and Letters Testamentary on her
estate were issued to your petitioner on December 3,1956.
3.The names and addresses of all parties interested under the Last Will
and Testament of\:the dece.ased are as follows:

4.Item FOURTH of the Will of said decedent provided that ANNA SVIHLA have
the first right to take the home at the appraised value.
5.The Inventory and Appraisement,filed January 25,1957 in Docket 68,page
246,copy of which is attached hereto,appraised the real estate at $2,500.00.
6.On February 25,1957 the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania appraied the real
estate at $2,500.00,as appears by copy of Notice attached hereto.
7.On March 30,1959 Anna Svih1a elected to take the home at $2,500.00,as
appears by original Election,attached hereto.
8.On November 20,1959 Anna Svih1a refused to take the property at the ap-
praised value and agreed to a sale of the property by the Executrix,as appears by ori-
gina1 Election,attached hereto.
9.Since November 20,1959 your petitioner has occupied the real estate,paid
the taxes and insurance on the same and made such minor repairs as were required.
10.Your petitioner has advanced money to pay all of the bills which have
come to her attention,which are as follows:

11.Your petitioner,a daughter of the deceased,occupied the home with the
deceased at the time of death and,therefore,is entitled to the Family Exemption of
$750.00.
12.The real estate which is the subject of this Petition is in need of
major repairs,has no bathroom and no furnace,being heated only by coal st{qi'Ves in
the several rooms,and also needs a sidewalk,and the floor in the dining room section
is in need of being replaced.
13.The grant of Letters was advertised in t~e Washington Record and the
Record Outlook,commencing December 27,1956.
14.The real estate which is the subject of this Petition is described as
follows:
ALL those certain two (2)lots of ground being numbered Five
(5)and Six (6)in Block "B"of a plan of lots surveyed and platted by R.V.
Johnson,April 25"1884,and located in Cecil Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,in what is-known as Jumbo City,at the west end of the McDonald
Borough,Pa.,said plan being recorded in the Recorder's Office at Washington,
Pa.and being the same two (2)lots of ground which were conveyed to Robert
Woods,by deed of T.Burr Robbins and Mary N.Robbins,his wife,dated the se-
cond day of August A.D.1886 and recorded at Washington,Pa.in Deed Book Vol.
140,page 148,and conveyed to John and Mary Pavalas by R.D.Wood and Ellen
Wood,his wife (named in deed from T.Burr Robbins as Robert Woods)by their
deed dated April 8",A.D.1916,and recorded in the Recorder's Office at Wash-
ington,Pa.in Deed Book Vol.436,page 153.
15.Your petitioner has endeavored to sell the above described real estate
but has been unable to secure a purchaser who would pay a sufficient sum therefor to
pay all of the debts.
16.Your petitioner offers to purchase the property at the appraised value
of $2,500.00 and requests the Court to approve such a sale,permitting your petitioner
to take credit on account of the purchase price for the bills which have been paid,for
the costs and Attorney's Fees in this estate,and the Family Exemption.
17.The above described real estate is all of the real estate of which the
decedent died seized and is presently occupied by your petitioner;no real estate has
been sold by your petitioner.
18.The proposed purchase price will pay all debts,costs and Inheritance
Tax.
19.Attached hereto are the affidaVits of two disinterested competent persons
setting forth that they have inspected the real estate proposed to be sold,that they
are acquainted with the value of real estate in the locality of such real estate,that
they are not employees of your petitioner nor personally interested in the proposed sale,
and that,in their opinion,the price to be paid at the proposed private sale is greater
than can be obtained at public sale.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner pr~ys your 'Honorable Court to approve the sale of
of said real estate to your petitioner and to direct the Clerk of the Orphans'Court to
execute and deliver a deed to your petitioner for said property.

this is the very old estate in which the sale of real estat e was
made to the Accountant after Anna Svihla had refused the property.
That refusal is with the other papers at this number.The Will directs
that a marker be placed at the grave of the decedent am'her husband.
Investigation---well,it was an inquiry from the Executrix,led me
