TO ESTABLISH Tln..E TO REAL ESTATE UNDER THE PROVISIONS
OF SECTION 756 OF TIlE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949.
The Petition of Olive A.lams respectfully represents:
1.That William J.lams,late of South Strabane Township
Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate,on December 7,
1958,leaving as his sole heirs at law,Olive A.lams,his widow,
and Catherine I.Dennison,a daughter.
2.That Letters of Administration were granted on his
estate to his widow,Olive A.lams,by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,on February 13,1959.That no
Inventory of his estate or account were filed for more than six
(6)years after his death.
3.That on May 8,1970,an Inventory was filed,copy of
which is hereto attached and marked Exhibit "A".
4.That the inheritance tax due in said estate has been
paid in full,but no account has ever been filed in this estate.
5.That all debts of the deceased have been paid,
totalling $3793.25,as per D &E filed,copy of which is filed
herewith and marked Exhibit "B".
6.That at the present time,decedents estate consists
of one piece of real estate in Amity Village,Amwell Township,
Washington County,Penna.,more fully described as follows:
~that certain tract or parcel of land situate in
and near the Village of Amity,Washington County,Penna.,and
which tract of land is bounded and described as follows,to-wit:
BEGINNING at a post,a point common to lands,now
or formerly,of D.H.Swart and land,now or formerly,of Charles
E.Hackney and the tract hereinafter described;thence by land,
now or formerly,of said Svart South 65°38'East 599.56 feet to
a point;thence by lot,now or formerly,of Russell S.Conger an
Mildred I.Conger,his wife,South 6°38'West 122.82 feet to an
iron pin;thence by same South 59°34'East 210.44 feet to a post
thence by other lot,now or formerly,of said Conger South 54°54
East 176.2 feet to a point;thence by lots,now or formerly,of
said Conger and A.C.Ullom North 35°21'East 160.4 feet to a
point;thence by land,now or formerly,of S.C.Luellen South

CONTAINING approximately 15 acres.
Together with all the coal in and underlying said
tract of ground with the mining rights set forth in Deed Book
672,page 181.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING that certain lot of ground
(but not the coal underlying the same,with mining rights)which
lot of ground is more fully bounded and described in deed of
wm.J.lams et ux.,to Ella Wolf lams,dated August 23,1943,and
recorded in Deed ~ook 672,page 180.
For source of title into William J.lams,see deed
dated September 3rd,1943,and recorded in Deed Book 672,page
181,Washington County,Penna.,records.
7.That the funeralf and other bills of William J.lams
have all been paid by his widow,and they are in excess of the
value or said land which is valued at $1000.00.
8.That attached hereto and marked Exhibit "C",is the
Consent of the daughter of the decedent,namely,Catherine I.
Dennison,to·the Prayer of this Petition.
WHEREFORE,showing as aforesaid,your Petitioner prays your
Honorable Court to make a Decree Nisi adjudging the title to said
real estate to be in Olive A.lams and Catherine I.Dennison,
share and share alike;and that if no exceptions are riled to sait
decree within three months,it shall become final.The Court is
further requested to direct,in said Nisi Decree,such further
notice of the filing of said Decree Nisi as the Court,in its
discretion,deems necessary and proper,in accordance with the
Act of Assembly in such case made and provided.

more fully described in the.foregoing Petition and in Deed Book
672,page 181,Washington County,Pennsylvania,records,to be in
Oliva A.lams and Catherine I.Dennison,share and share alike,
if no exceptions are filed to this Decree within three months,
then this Decree shall become final and will be confirmed
absolutely,free of all decedents debts not then liens of record
and regardless of the provisions of any testamentary writing of
the decedent thereafter probated.The Court further directs that
