1.That your petitioner is the daughter of Raymond Board+

ley,and is,therefore,a party in interest in his estate.
2.That the decedent,Raymond Boardley,died,intestate,

July 15,1970,at Washington,Hospital,Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,his residence at that time being 720-1/2
Broad Street,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent's only survivors are the following
children:Age:

Ford sedan,having Title Certificate J15224940,valued at
$200.00.

on the Estate of Raymond Boardley,deceased,and it is not in-
tended that any shall be applied for.
6.That no wages have been paid directly to members
of the decedent's family under Section 201 of the Act of 1949,
and no payment is anticipated.
7.That the only creditors of the decedent of which
your petitioner has notice or knowledge are:

to the provismons of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of
April 18,1949,P.L.512,as amended (20 P.S.320.202),and
Section 211 of the same Act,as amended (20 P.S.320.211).
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a decree of distribution,awarding all of the assets
of the Estate of Raymond Boardley,deceased,to-wit:1962
Ford sedan,having Title Certificate J15224940,valued at
$200.00,to Blanche L.Boardley,as the only creditor,for a

partial reimbursement of the above bills,without further notic'e
