FIRST:I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practical after my decease and that my insurance policies shall be used to pay the expenses of my burial. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the real estate known as Lots Nos.163 and 164 in the Donora Place Plan,situate in the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania and all household furnishings and contents thereof to my son,JOSEPH DEMCISAK. THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath the real estate known as Lot No.93 in the Donora Place Plan,situate in the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and all household furnis ings and contents thereof to my son,GEORGE DEMCISAK,JR. FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath the entire remainder of my estate,both real and personal,of any nature whatso ever and whereever situate unto my two sons,JOSEPH DEMCISAK and GEORGE DEMCISAK,JR.,absolutely and in fee simple,in equal one-hal shares,share and share alike.
