Washington county,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my last Will and
,revoke any other Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
practical after my decease and that my insurance policies shall be
used to pay the expenses of my burial.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the real estate
known as Lots Nos.163 and 164 in the Donora Place Plan,situate
in the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania and all
household furnishings and contents thereof to my son,JOSEPH
DEMCISAK.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath the real estate
known as Lot No.93 in the Donora Place Plan,situate in the Borough
of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and all household furnis ings
and contents thereof to my son,GEORGE DEMCISAK,JR.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath the entire
remainder of my estate,both real and personal,of any nature whatso
ever and whereever situate unto my two sons,JOSEPH DEMCISAK and
GEORGE DEMCISAK,JR.,absolutely and in fee simple,in equal one-hal
shares,share and share alike.
FIFTH:I hereby authorize and empower my personal
representative to sell and dispose of any of the assets including
real property to effectuate the purposes of this Will and that he sh 11
do so without prior petition to Court or posting a bond therefore.j
SIXTH:I authorize and empower my personal
representative hereinafter named to serve without the posting of bon
and that if any rule or law require a bond to be posted that no sure ies
be required thereon in the administration of this estate.
