I,JAMES F.HARTZELL,of the City of Washington,
~shington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and de-
clare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all other wills,codicils or testamentary writings
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all ,my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath my four drawer black
walnut bureau known as the "Hartzell"bureau to my son,J.Robert
Hartzell.
THIRD:I hereby authorize and direct my executors
hereinafter named to convert all the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and
nature and wheresoever situate of which I may die seized,into
cash at either public or private sale at such times and upon such
terms as they deem most advantageous to my estate,~nd I hereby
authorize and empower them to make a deed or deeds to the purchas-
er or purchasers of any real estate of which I may die seized and
to distribute said proceedings in equal shares among the follow-
ing:Allen Johnson,Hugh Johnson,Doris Keith,Allene Serena,
and Mildred Ketchum,all step-children,and Eileen Rose and J.
Robert Hartzell,two of my children,their heirs and assigns.
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint Allen John-
son and J.Robert Hartzell,Executors of this,my Last Will and
Testament and also direct that my Executors shall serve without
posting bond.
