1278.Upon this tract of groti~d is erected a one-story frame
house,one-car garage,and an ·)utbuilding.
An itemization of the savings bonds and a description
of the real estate are set for~h in Exhibit A attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
5.That the said Dominik Vechik also receives the
monthly sum of $149.20 in Social Security benefits,and the monthl
sum of $150.00 from the United Mine Workers of America.
