The petition of Grace Matuga respectfully represents:
1.The decedent,John Szaniszlo,who died on May 8,1970
resided at Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.Your petitioner,whose address is 3rd Stree~Monongahela,
Washington County,pennsylvania,is the daughter of the decedent.
3.The decedent's wife Dorothy Szaniszlo died September 25,1967.
4~The decedent died intestate and no Letters of Administration
were taken out in his estate.
5.The said John Szaniszlo lef~to survive him as his sole heirs
at law and persons entitled to share in his estate:Louise
Berrish,daughter;Henry Szaniszlo,~s6n;and Grace Matuga,daugnte •
The sole asset of the estate of the decedent,John Szanis-ZiO,

7.The funeral bill paid to the Frye Funeral Home in the sum of
$1,097.40 was paid by your petitioner Grace Matuga.
8.There is no inheritance tax due of the estate of John Szaniszl .

who consent and agree to Petition herein filed.
