L The Petitioner is Mildred Cole of R.D.#1,Claysville,Washingt n
County,Pennsylvania.
2.The P:etitioner is the Executrix in the above estate having been
appointed on 21st day of August,1970.
3.The Petitioner-alleges thc.t all inheritance tax and all unpaid bills
with the exception of administrative.costs have been paid.
4.,Per Family Ag reement by all the heirs and devisees in this
estate Herbert M.Barrett released all his right,title and interest in his
mother's estate for the consideraticns shown in the enclosed Family Agree-
ment shown as Exhibit'1\.',I.
5.Harold Barrett,Jr.,executed a qUitclaim deed to the Petitioner
for the property designated as Lot 1.3 in the Euclid Improvement Plan of
Lots recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
in Plan Book 5 Page 58,which has C.n appraised value of Two Thousand and
no/lOa ($2,000.00)Dollars'.as of tte date of the death of the decedent.

6.Per instructions of the Court the Attorney for the Petitioner
has requested a release from Harold Ba:rrett,Jr.,of all his right,title
and interest in the estate of his mother.The only instrument that he
signed is the quitclaim deed shown 8tExhibit liB".
WHEREFORE,the Petitioner requests that a Rule be issued on
Harold Barrett,Jr.,to show cause why the Clerk of Courts should not
make a deed for the property described above to the Petitioner and Cordelia
Barrett.

THIS AGREEMENT entered into this J ()day of September.1970,
by and between the undersigned all of whom are the children of Seena
Barrett~deceased.
WHEREAS.the undersigned are heirs of the late Seena Barrett who
died on March 22.1970 owning two lots of ground upon which is erected two
frame house$situate in Canton Township known and designated as Lot No.
11 and Lot No.13 in the Euclid Improvement Com.pany Plan recorded in
Plan Book 5,page 8.and
WHEREAS.during her lifetime the sai,-l Scena Barrett entered into
an oral contract with her son.Herbert M.Barrett.for the sale of Lot No.
11 in the said Euclid Improvement Company Plan of Lots for a consideration
of $3,000.00.and the sum of $1500.90 was paid to the said Seena Barrett
in her lifetime.and.
WHEREAS.said property designated as Lot No.13 in the said
EuchJ Improvement Company Plan of Lots has an appron:nate value of
$2.000.00.and
WHEREAS.it is the il'ltcnt;on of all the parties l-:.crt.:cil 1....,c:ocjpcrate
in the settlin.g of their mother's estate.

quitclaim all his right,title and interest in the estate of his mother,Seena
Barrett,deceased.
2.Mildred Cole,as Executrix of the Seena Barrett Estate will have
prepared and will execute a proper deed conveying Lot No.11 to the said
Herbert M.Barrett and his wife.
3.Mildred Cole,Harold Barrett,Jr.,and Cordelia Barrett,per
Mildred Cole,her guardian hereby release and quitclaim all their right,
title and interest in the property known as Lot No.11 in the Euclid Improve-
ment Plan of Lots situate in Canton Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania.
4.It is expressly agreed and understood by all the parties hereto
that while they deem this the very fair arrangement in settling their mother'
estate they are fully aware of the fact that Cordelia Barrett is a minor and
therefore it is proper that this·agreement be subject to the examination and
approval of Judge Marino,Orphans I Court Division of the Common Pleas
Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,as regards the interest of
Cordelia Barrett.
5.The stipulations and agreements entered into this day between
the other three children of Seena Barrett,namely Mildred Cole,Herbert M.
Barrett,Hc..rold Barrett,Jr.,are fully binding upon them.

BEING the same parcel or lot of ground which was conveyed to Harold L.

1044 page 650..
The said Harold Barrett,also known as Harold L.Barrett,Sr.,died in
August of 1966 and title to the property above described therefore vested in Seena
Barrett as surviving tenant in the estate by the entireties.
The said Seena Barrett,died testate,on March 22,1970,.and by her Last
Will and Testament probated and filed in the Register of Wills Office of Washington
County,Pennsylvania,in Will Book Page ,she appointed .Mildreq Cole as the
Executrix of her Last Will and Testament.
The intent and purpose of this deed is to convey whatever interest the said
Harold Barrett,Jr.,may have in the above described premises to the grantee.

Barrett as surviving tenant in the estate by the entireties.
The said Seena Barrett died testate on March 22.1970 and by her Last
Will and Testament probated and filed in the Register of Wills Office of Washingto~c~i.mty.
Pennsylvania.in Will Book Page she appointed Mildred Cole as the Executrix
of her Last Will and Testament.
The intent and purpose of this deed is to convey whatever interest the said
