Giacinto Oddis. 2.The name of the alleged mental incompetent is Giacinto Oddis and he is an irdividual who was domiciled at 200 Beech Street,Muse..Cecil Township,Washington County~Pennsylvania~for many years.At the present time~the said alleged incompetent is a patient in a nursing home which is called the Washington Hospital Extended Care Facility~Maner Drive~Washington~Washington County~ Pennsylvania.He was admitted to said public institution on December 1,, 1969.The said institution is 2 public hospital. ,., 3.The names and addresses of the next of kin of the alleged incompetent are: Felicetta Oddis -Wife 200 Beec~"1 Street Muse,Pennsylvania Joseph Ojdis -Son 6509 Rockhurst Road Bethesda,Maryland Neil Odd:.s -Son 509 WillGW Lane South MLwaukee,Wisconsin 4.Although the gross value of the estate of the alleged incompetent cannot be exacCy determined,the petitioner believes and therefore avers that the folbwing values and net income from all sources may be set forth as follows: a.All that certain tract of land situate in the Village of Muse,Cecil Township,Washington County, Pennsylvania,being Lot No.200 in the Muse Plan of Lots.
