The Petition of DANA CIGANA respectfully represents: 1.Angelo Cigana,a former resident of 40 Becker Street,Houston, Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate on June 20,1970 at the Washington Hospital,Washington,Washingt:m County,Pennsylvania,being at the time ----- years of age. 2.The decedent left surviving him his wife and five children, namely: Dana Cigana,Wife,40 Becker Street,Houston,Pa.15342. Mary Engott,Daughter,Houston,Pennsylvania 15342. Carl Cigana,S:m,Muse,Pennsylvania Virginia Fish,Daughter,Ashtubula,Ohio Antoinette Finn:lY,Daughter,Houston,Pennsylvania 15342. Angelo Cigana,Jr.,Son,40 Becker Street,Houston,Pa.15342 3.The said decedent did not die seized of any real estate.The sole estate of the decedent,now in tre custody of the petitioner,consisted of personal property of the approximate gross:value not exceeding $600.00 to wit:of the gross value of $100.00 being a Commcnwealth of Pennsylvania,Treasury Department Check No.186313 ond,'a Treasurer of th:l United States Check No.34,798,668 in the amount of $433.20 being a Miner's Benefit check for July,as appears on the Inventory and Appraisement hereto attached ane made a part hereof.There were no wages paid direct to members of decedent IS family Lnder Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949. 4.Letters of Administration or Letters Testamentary have not been issued upon the estate of the decedent,and a Wi II has not been probated. 5.That your petitioner has paid all funeral,church,burial lot,and other outstanding bills owing and due against the estate of said Angelo Cigana. -------~---------------- -.. ., 6.The debts of he decedent exceed the assets of the decedent,and ther is accordingly no inheritance tax cLe the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,nor any other ta due or payable. 7.That this petition for settlement is made pursuant to Provisions of Article 2,Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,its amendments and supplements, as Angelo Cigana having died domici led in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,in the County of W.<;Jshington,and owin 9 :::>roperty of a gross value not exceeding $600.00. 8.And there is attached to this Petition,a Joinder of all the children of Angelo Cigana,acknowledging the fact that they have received notice of the intended presentation of this Petition,and join the prayer thereof.
