PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Kathern Kollar respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of A.A.Kollar,
who died on July 18,1970,a resident of the Borough of Bentley-
ville,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That decedent and petitioner were married at Monongahela"
Pennsylvania,on June 14 ,1932,and the petitioner was a member
of the decedent's household at the time of his death.
3.The decedent died,intestate,leaving his only heirs
at law,your petitioner,Kathern Kollar,his widow,and the
following children,Donald Lee Kollar,Byron Anthony Kollar,and
Jeffrey Cooper Kollar.All of the heirs at law of the decedent
are sui juris.No Letters of Administration have been granted on
the decedent's estate,and no application for Letters of
Administration will.be made on the decedent's estate.
4.That the only asset,real or personal,in the above
estate,consists of two checks payable to the Estate of A. A.
Kollar,frqm Bethlehem Steel Corporation drawn on Morgan Guaranty
Trust Company of New York,in the amount of $527.74 and $37.50
respectively,making a total amount of $565.24.
5.All expenses incidental to the burial of the decedent
have been paid by your petitioner.

6.That your petitioner claims the aforesaid checks,
totaling the amount of $565.24,as part of her Family Exemption
under section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that the said two checks
payable to the Estate of A. A.Kollar,from Bethlehem Steel
corporation drawn on Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York,
in the amount of $527.74 and $37.50 respectively,making a total
amount of $565.24,be awarded to her as a Part of her Family
Exemption and further prays that the Court issue an Order
authorizing the Union National Bank of pittsburgh,Bentleyville
Office,or any other banking institution,to make paYment of said
checks totaling the amount of $565.24,to Kathern Kollar.
And she will ever pray.

Guara~ty Trust Company of New York,in the amount of $527.74 and
$37.50 respectively,making a total amount of $565.24,as a part
of her Family Exemption from the Estate of A.A.Kollar,deceased;
and further,that a copy of this Order shall be adequate authority
for the Union National Bank of Pittsburgh,Bentleyville Office,
or any other banking institution,to make payment of the aforesaid
checks totaling the sum of $565.24,to Kathern Kollar.
