PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The petition of DORIS JEAN PAQUET respectfu lIy represents:
1.That your petitioner is the niece of Edward Leon Behling,deceased,and is,
therefore,a party in interest in his estate.
2.That the decedent,Edward Leon Behling,died,testate,on July 9,1970,a resi-
dent of 42 Oakland Avenue,Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.A copy
of said Will is attached hereto as Exhibit "A",and incorporated herein by reference.
3.That the decedent IS entire estate at the time of his death consisted of the
following assets:
(a)Personalty -one ( I )1968 Dodge Dart,two door
sedan automobile,Title Number A 20013920,Registration No.5 38187,Manufacturers Seria
No.LP 23 D 8 B 348654 having a Book Value of $1,400.00
4.That the said Edward Leon Behling,deceased was survived by the following heirs,a I
being sui juris:
Doris Jean Paquet Niece
5.That by the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent,dated April
20,1970,he devised all of his pssets to the petitioner herein.
6.That by the terms of said Last Will and Testament,which is attached hereto,
Decedent did make,constitute and appoint your petitioner to be the Executrix of said Will.
Said Will has not been admitted to probate,and no administration has been raised in this or
any other jurisdiction;nor is any administration anticipated.
7.That a II debts of the decedent have been paid.

8.That this petition for settlement is made pursuant to the provisions of Sections
12 (a)and 12 (f)of the Fiduciaries Act of June 7,1917,P.L.447,as amended.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to enter a Decree of
Distribution,awarding the hereinabove 1968 Dodge Dart,two door sedan automobile
issued in the name of Edward Leon Behling to your petitioner.
