TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COORT:
The Petition of Dorothy H.Moore,respectfully represen,ts:
1.She is the widoW'of Samuel A.Moore,Sr.,who died
I July 29,1970,intestate.Decedent left as his sole heirs at law,
his widow,Dorothy H.Moore,one son,Samuel A.Moore,Jr.,and
one daughter,Nancy Moore Platt.All are sui juris.
2.That decedent r~sided at 128 Oak Spring Street,
Washington,Pennsylvania.
3.That no Letters of Administration or Letters Testa-
mentary have been taken out in decedent's estate,and no applica-
tion for Letters has 'been ~de.
4.That de~edent was survived by his widow and two

5.,That estate of decedent consisted entirely of a

checking accoun~1n t~e:U~ion National Bank of Pittsburgh,
W~hington,Pa.Bran~~,the;·whole balance on the date of death
being $4,209.69.
6.That the funeral bill of the deceased in the amount
of $1513.85,has been paid to the Hummell Funeral Home,through
a V.A.Contribution of $325.00,and by the Union National Bank.
of Pittsburgh paying the balance of $1188.85 out of the checking
account of deceased,leaving a balarice of $3,020.84,in said
account.That your Petitioner paid utility bills owed by decease
at death totalling $37.66.There ~e no other unpaid bills.
7.That the total value of decedent's estate is l~ss
$5,000.00.
8.That your Petitioner resides at 128 Oak Spring Street,
Washington,Penna.

exemption of $1,000.00,in cash,plus $37.66 reimbursement for
bills paid,plus one-third of the residue ($661.06.Samuel A.

balance in the checking account of Samuel A.Moore,Sr.,in the
Union National Bank of Pittsburgh,Washington,Pa.Branch,is
hereby awarded,and directed to be paid,$1698.72 to Dorothy H.
Moore (being her widow's exemption of $1000.00,$37.66 reimburse-
ment for bills paid and 1/3 of the residue $661.06)under the
Penna.Intestate Act)$661.06 to samuel A.Moore,Jr.,son,and
$661.06 to Nancy Moore Piatt,daughter,both under the Penna.
