PETITION TO SELL REAL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of John Solomon,Administrator of the
Estate of Arthur W.Lyle,respectfully represents:
1.That Arthur W.Lyle died intestate on December 2'7
1969,a resident of Donegal Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,and that your Petitioner was duly appointed Administrator
of his estate by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2.That your Petitioner has entered into an Agreement
to sell the only real estated owned by the said Arthur W.Lyle,
being a one-half interest in a house and lot situate in Donegal
Township,WashingtoD,County,Pennsylvania,fo~the sum of
$4,500.00;a copy of said Agreement of Sale being attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
3.That the Aff~davit of two responsible persons,
familiar with real estate values,is attached hereto which sets
forth that the price at which the real estate proposed to be sold
,represents the fair market value of said property.
4.That no inventory and appraisement has been filed
to date,and said real estate owned by the decedent is valued at
$4,500.00.

5.That your petitioner filed a bond with the Register
of Wills of Washington County as Administrator of said estate in
the amount of $2,000.00.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act to fix the amount of
additional security which your Petitioner is required to file of
record in order to receive the proceeds of the sale of said real
