479 Sept.Term,1966,D.S.B.By Agreement of Executor and his
attorney,with said solicitor,the real estate was released from the
lien so the real estate could be sold.Balance of ~sta~e,after all
expenses paid,to be applied to the Claim of County Home for Aged
Women.-Admitted.
Give reference to such parts of the will as reauire interpretation by the Court;a reference to all questions re-
quiring adjudication,and a statement of any other facts deemed necessary for the preparation of the adjudication:
Par.4 of decedent's Will provided for the erection of··a grave marker
of~sensible cost for the grave of herself and her sister,Martha Hamilton.
These two graves are si~uated~side by s~de.The Executor ·has secured
a statement from Alex A.DuBart,of Charleroi,Pa.as to the cost for
the erection of a hickey marker on each grave,and the 'cost for such
marker would be $120.00 for each grave,or a total cost of $240.00.
Executor prays your Honorable Court to allow the sum of $240.00 for the
erection of such markers.
