Will and revoke any Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I have designated Naomi Elliott Waitts as bene-
ficiary in my life insurance policies with the understanding'that
she will pay the funeral expenses from the proceeds of these poli-
cies.I hereby direct that she pay all funeral expenses from said
proceeds first;and whatever remains after payment of reasonable'
funeral expenses',she may keep as such beneficiary.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
to Laura Epperson Robinson,my sister;Mildred Epperson Jones,my
sister;Herbert C.Epperson,my brother;and Naomi Elliott Waitts,
my niece,their heirs and assigns,share and share alike.
THIRD:I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of my death,of whatever"nature and by whatever juris-
diction imposed,shall be paid from ~yresiduary estate as a part of
the expense of the administration of my estate.
FOURTH:I constitute and appoint my nephew,Roland Capney,
as Executor of this my Last Will.Should my nephew fail to qualify
or cease to act as Executor,I appoint my sister,Laura Epperson
Robinson,as such Executrix.
FIFTH:I direct that my personal representative shall not
be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their dutie
in any jurisdiction.

In regard to the matter of the long distance~telephone
calls mentioned at the audit of the above estate,I am writing this
letter for clarification.
In the account,the executor took credit for a
telephone bill to the Bell Telephone Co.for $160.92.This should
be corrected as the estate's share of the telephone bill is only
$36.22.The amount of $124.70 should be debited to the accountant.
The amount of $96.45 wiTl be deducted from the share of Mildred Trixie
Jones,and the amount of $12.00 will be deducted from the share of
Herbert Epperson.Laura Robinson's bill was $16.25 for which she
paid the estate by money order.
If there are any other questions,please don't
