rBeing the same premises which Patsch Brothers Coal Company
by their Deed dated June 10,1954,and recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Washington County in Deed Book Volume 899,
Page 28,granted and conveyed to Truban A.Harrison and
Clara E.Harrison,h~s wife,as tenants by the entireties.
The said Truban A.Harrison died on November16 ,1969,thereby
vesting the property in his wife,Clara E.Harrison.The
said Clara E.Harrison died intestate May 26,1970,whereupon
her estate was probated in the Orphans'Court of Washington
County at No.63-70-770.~-

We are in receipt of your letter of July 25,1973,
together with a copy of a letter dated July 12,1973,directed
to your attention from vUlliarn C.Bartley,Esquire as well as
related evidence pertaining to monies received through an
action instituted as a result of the above named decedent's
death sustained in a bus accident.
Your question presents the procedure to be followed

is appraised at $18,182.03.The fi5ure is in conformity with
that set forth in the RCC ferm which we filed.
The largest amount of this personal property ($16,168.75)was
constituted by a settlement paid to the estate at No.1392
October 1970 in the Court 'of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
It has been discovered that the proceeds were paid puraaant
to the Wrongful Death Act anj,therefore,should not have been
included in the appraisement.I include herewith a certifiad
copy of the Petition and Order of Court in the case,as well
as a copy of the RCC form wh~ch we filed in this matter.
