1.Petitioners are Adrian V.Sannier,Esquire,and Walter S.Spragg\
II,Esquire,who were retainedl?Y the Executors to repres ent the Estate of
Helen Roman,deceased.
2.On August 10,1970,Letters Testamentary by the Register of Will

.of Washington County,Pennsylvania,were granted to Christina Babich and
Charles Roman committing them to the administration of the above Estate.,"

3.The assets of said estate consist of p~rsonal property in the
amomt ot Five Hundred Fifty-Three and 25/100 ($553.25)Dollars and real
estate located in the Borough of Centerville,Washington CoUnty;Pennsylvania,.'..'
Of the approximate value of Four Thousand "Five Hundred and no/IOO ($4,500.00)
Dollars.
4.By public al,lction the personal property was sold for the sum of
Five Hundred Fifty-Three and 25/100 ($553.25)Doliars and the expenses of said
sale amomted to One Hundred One and 40/100 ($101.40)Dollars,leaving a net
balance of Four Hundred Fifty-One and 85/100 ($451.85)Dollars.
5.The Executors do not agyoee between themselves relative to the

proceed with the timely and proper ~dministration of said Estate.
6.Your Petitioners are in no way involved in the disagreements
between the Executors.

personal property.
9.Your Petitioners believe the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five and
.no/100 ($125.00)Dollars,to be a fair and equitable fee for services rendered
to date for and on behalf of the Estate.
10.Your Petitioners desire to withdraw as comsel for the said
Estate due to the aforesaid reasons which create an impasse in the adminis-
tration of the same.
11.The Executo'rs,Christina Babich and Charles Roman,consent to
and join in this Petition which joinder is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
Wherefore,your'Petitioners pray this Honorabie Court to approve
their withdrawal as counsel for the Estate of Helen Roman,deceased,and
that they should be reimbursed the expenses and paid the fee as above set
forth and that the balance of said assets be turned over to the Executors.
