left the real estate in kind.And she has advanced all the other
expenses for the funeral and what have you out of her own pocket.
There's two specific bequests of $100.00 each to a son and a step-
son which are to be charges on the real EState.We have executeU
by one of them his release of that and the other is to come in.
But he hasn't come in to sign the paper yet.

Testament and revoke all Wills heretofore made by me.

FIRST:In my lifetime,I have made my son,Stanley Popielarski,
a beneficiary of all of my life insurance policies and death benefit certifkates
issued by various insurance companies and lodges.I did this for the purpose
of having him use as much of the money which he will receive from said
policies and certificates to pay my funeral expenses and the expenses of
my last illness.I therefore direct that 'my said son pay such expenses
from the proceeds of these policies and death benefit certificates.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my son,Stanley Popielarski,
thE;sum of One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars,which shall be a cha,rge on
my real estate.
THIHD:I give and bequeath to my step-son,Emil Hyk,the
sum of One Hundred ($100.'DO)Dollars,which shall be a charge on my realestate.
j'FOURTH:An the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,.devise.and bequeath to my daughter,Sabina
Filewicz,her heirs and assigns.

I hereby elect to take in kind the following described
estate from my father's estate,and promise to make any
vancements that are necessary for the estate:
ALL that certain parcel of land lying in the Town of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and being more part-
icularly described as follows:
BEING Lot No.1 in Block No.40 of the Union Improvement
Company's Plan of Donora,lying between Bradford Alley and
McCrea Avenue;fronting on Castner Avenue 79.90 feet,and
described more particularly as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Castner
Avenue,at the corner of McCrea Avenue;
thence along the line of said Castner Avenue,79.90
feet to the corner of Lot No.2 in said Block No.40;
thence in a Westerly direction along the line of Lot
No.2 a distance of 150 feet to Locust Alley;
thence along line of said Locust Alley,in a Southerly
direction,27.42 feet to McCrea Avenue;
thence along the line of said McCrea Avenue,158.92
feet to the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING,however,all the natural gas
and oil underlying said land but no wells shall be drilled
on the same for either.
BEING the same real estate conveyed to Wladyslaw Popielarsk'
and Antonia Popielarski~his wife,as tenants by the entireties,
by deed of Augustine Ranc and Albert Ranc,her husband,dated
July 27,1950 and recorded in Deed Book Vol.773,page 213.
The said Antonia Popielarski died on March 27,1960 and fee
simple title vested in Wladyslaw Popielarski.The said Wladyslaw
Popielarski died on July 22,1970,and in Paragraph FOURTH of
his Will,bequests the residue of his estate to Sabina Filewicz.
