PETITION UNDER SECTION 202
OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF
1949
The petition of Edgar N.Kightlinger respectfully
sets forth:
1.The name of the decedent was Lillian K.Johnston
and her place of residence was North Franklin TOwnship,washingtor.
County,Pennsylvania.
2.Decedent died January 31,1970.
3.The personal property of decedent consisted of a
balance of $410.94 on deposit in a checking account No.83-4-
809595 in the Washington office of the Pittsburgh National Bank.
4.The only person who would be entitled to share i~
an intestate distribution of decedent's estate would be petitioner,
decedent's son and sole heir and next of kin.Petitioner is 50
years of age and resides in North Franklin Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
5.Decedent died intestate.
6.There are no creditors.
WHEREFORE petitioner prays that the court will make
an order providing that payment of the balance in said checking
account may be made to him.
