As shown by the First and final Account previously
sent to you,the guardian,Joseph Conley,haa e~ended a
substantial amount of his own funds in support and aain-
teftance of h is two nephews and there.is no ba Iance for
distribution.
You will note that there is an account at the Mellon
National Bank and Trust Company in the total sum of
$84.62,Joseph i t.f Charles Conley,and we have asked
that the Court order this amount paid to Joseph Conley
after deduction of audit costs.
Pleaae note that the audit of both the estates of
Charles and George Conley are scheduled for Tueaday,
Septe.her IS,1970 at 10:00 o'clock A.N.~E.O.S.T.at
the Court House before His Honor Judge Merino ..
