1.The decedent,Paul D'Emidio,died intestate on
June 25,1970,and domiciled in Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.On July 9,1970,Pittsburgh National Bank,as suc
cessor guardian of the Estate of Paul D'Emidio,an incompetent,
now deceased,filed its First and Final Account in the Court of
Common Pleas of Washington County,Pennsylvania,Orphans'Court
Division,at No.704 of 1970,a copy of which is hereto attached,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "Ali.
3.The said Pittsburgh National Bank was appointed
successor guardian on April 27,1954 by decree of the Orphans'
Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,filed of record at No.
'13~288 of 1954 O.C.in the Clerk's Office of said court.
4.On June 25,1970,the date of decedent's death,

the said successor guardian possessed $4,521.41 in cash belonging
to the decedent,Paul D'Emidio;"
5.On September 23,1970,the Court of Common Pleas
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,'Orphans'Court Division,after
hearing,approved the said account and ordered distribution of the
assets in possession of the said Pittsburgh National Bank,which
were,after deduction of expenses,$4,266.29 in cash,to a persona
$4,521.41
representative to be appointed for the estate of Paul D'Emidio,
deceased.A copy of said adjudication and decree is hereto at-
tached,made a part hereof and,marked 'Exliinit IIB'n..

Washington Union Trust Company,having elected to go into voluntary liquidation.,filed
