filed the inheritance tax return reporting'two parcels of real
estate.Parcel No.I,known as Lots Numbered 346 and 347 in
the Elrama Place Addition situate in Union Township,Washington
County,was reported as having a "fair market"value of $6000.00.
Parcel Nd.2,Lot Number 348 of the Elrama Place Addition,was
reported as having a "fair market II value of $3500'.00.
In preparing her appraisement,the Commonwealth 's
appraiser failed to appraise the second parcel of real estate
