filed the inheritance tax return reporting'two parcels of real
estate.Parcel No.I,known as Lots Numbered 346 and 347 in
the Elrama Place Addition situate in Union Township,Washington

Parcel Nd.2,Lot Number 348 of the Elrama Place Addition,was
reported as having a "fair market II value of $3500'.00.
In preparing her appraisement,the Commonwealth 's
