TO THE HONORABLE THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of ALBERT JAMES LASHINSKY,SR.,respectfull
repre sent s:
1.That August W.Lashinsky died testate on March 17,
1970,at the home of his daughter,Mrs.Isabel Manzo,422 15th
Street,Ellwood City,Pennsylvania.
2.That the said August W.Lashinsky,at the time of
his death,was a resident of West Pike Run Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,Post Office address R.D.#1,Box 185,
Daisytown,Pennsylvania.
3.That the said August W.Lashinsky,by the provisions
of his Last Will and Testament,the original of which is hereto
attached,devised and bequeathed all of hys estate to his nine
children,all of whom are living and all of Whom are sui juris.
4.That the names and addresses of the said nine

5.That no Letters Testamentary pave been granted in

the Estate of August,W.Lashinsky,Deceased,and there is no
contemplation of having any ~etters Testamentary granted in the,
said estate.

6.That the above decedent left an estate consisting
of personal property only,the personal property consisting of
Savings Account No.8972,Pittsburgh National Bank,california
Office,California,Pennsylvania,in the sum of $2,016.33.
7.That the only outstanding claim against the estate
is the bill for funeral expenses.The funeral bill of DfAltorio
Funeral Home,California,Pennsylvania,after a discount from
payment,amounted to $1,348.50.Of this sum,the following
payments were applied:Sqcial Security Death Benefit -$255.00;
proceeds of Baltimore Life Insurance Policy,of which Albert
Lashinsky,Jr.,was beneficiary,and which proceeds he contributed
toward the payment of the funeral bill -$278.17;United Mine
Workers of America,death benefit -$350.00.The total of these
credits was $883.17,leaving a balance due on the funeral bill of

8.That all of the heirs of August W.Lashinsky have
joined~in the prayer of this petition,and the said Joinders are
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
WHEREFORE,Your petitioner,under authority of Section
202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended and supplemented,
prays your Honorable Court of authorize and direct the said
Pittsburgh National Bank to pay over the proceeds of the said
savings account in the sum of $2,016.33 to Albert James Lashinsky,
Sr.,and to further authorize and direct the said Albert James
Lashinsky,Sr.,to distribute the same as follows:
