have this day received of and from PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,my guardian,
duly appointed by the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
the sum of One Thousand Nineteen and 96/100 ($1,019~96)Dollars,being
the amount awarded me at No.658 of 1970 of the Court of Common Pleas of
Washington County,Pennsylvania,Orphans'Court DivisiGn in full satis-
faction and payment of all claims which I have,or might have,against
my said guardian,and of all monies or property for which it may be account-
able,and I do,therefore,by these presents,remise,release,quit-claim,
