PETITION TO SETTLE SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE P.VINCENT MA~INO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID
COURT:
PETITION OF BERTHA M.BLAHNIK,RESPECTFULLY REPRESENTS
THAT:
1.The Petitioner is an adult individual who resides
in the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
and whose post office address is 570 Jefferson Avenue',
Washington,Pennsylvania.
2.The Petitioner is the widow of Fred J.Blahnik
who died intestate at Washington,Pennsylvania,on the 5th
day of November,1969,leaving to survive him as the only
heirs at law,his wife,Be~tha M.Blahnik,the Petitioner,
and one daughter,Ruth N.Justus,of Jacksonville,Florida.
3.That on the 24th day of June,1970,Letters of
Administration were issued to the Petitioner on the Estate of
Fred J~'Blahnik by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania~
4~That the entire assets in the DecedentTs estate
are a legacy in the Estate of Charles J.Blahnik,a former
resident of Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,in the amount of
$1,930~98.
5.The Petitioner claims credits as follows:

6.The total credits claimed by the Petitioner are in
excess,of the assets and the estate is,therefore,insolvent.
WHEREFORE,it is respectfully requested that your Honorab e
Court make an 'Order directing the Administratrix to pay the
funeral bill and other expenses of the estate and to award
the balance,if any,to her as her spouse's allowance.
And she will ever pray,etc.
