NO.of 1970 ~ PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDING~DGE OF SAID DIVISION: , The Petition of Thelma Maynard Plumer respectfully represents that: 1.Your petitioner is the surviving spouse of Joseph Dallas Plumer,also known as J.Dallas Plumer,late of the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,who died on Dec- ember 27,1966. 2.The only property of which said decedent was sole owner at the time of his death (as distinguished from property of which decedent and your petitioner were tenants by the entireties) consisted of salary due the deceased from his employer,United States Steel Corporation,in the amount of Six hundred five and 32/100 ($605.32)Dollars,which sum was paid by said employer directly to your petitioner under the provisions of Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act and four shares of the common stock of Northern Natural Gas Com~~~y ~:~egistered in decedent's name alone as J.Dallas Plumer,repr~~sen.eed by Certificates No.OF44298 and.,~ OF86558 for two shares each ,--.tihe market value of said stock at ~,. the date of decedent's death belng $50.00 per share or a total of $200.00. 3.Decedent died testate,leaving his Last Will And Testament dated July 10,1956,a verified copy of which is attached hereto and made part hereof and identified as Exhibit "A", under which said decedent gave,devised and bequeathed his entire estate to your petitioner if she should survive him by three months. 4.Your petitioner has paid all of decedent's debts and funeral and burial expenses and has assumed sole liability upon the mortgage upon which said decedent was jointly liable with petitioner at the date of his death.Petitioner is therefore the only creditor of the decedent other than the mortgagee herein- above referred to. 5.Petitioner was residing with decedent at the time of his death and is entitled to and has not heretofore claimed the family exemption. WHEREFORE,petitioner prays your Honorable Court under the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,that a Decree of Distribution be made awarding the stock of Northern Natural Gas Company hereinabove referred to to your petitioner on account of 'f .. .',.
